System...

Wow what a morning that was..i think today nikhil added some "intellectual sugar" in our oats..which resulted in awesome discussion on System.. We all discussed the system and participation of people in the elcetion procedure and corruption and on and on...
This made me express my views on system on surprisingly sids agreed on those..very rarely we agree on matters like this...
I remember watching in hindi movies when a hero says ye sab system hi bakwas hai hume ise badala hoga..i always wondered if a system is a house or a vehicle which we change when we desire? the most important thing which we all forget, its the people who make system and not vice-versa..and to change the system we need to change the mindset of our own people..
When we discuss our pay packages with our organization the first thing which comes to our mind is the tax and ways to avaid that tax..so we try and find out ways to screw up the system..our system for our saftey puts traffic signals in chowks but in return we find it nonsense waiting at the signal and try to speed through it as soon as poosible as we have the most "important works" to finish.. furthermore when we are caught doing so we try to establish our connections with some biggies and try to escape when it dosent work we ask the policewala how much we should give him but very rarely we ask him the fine amount and pay that.. in this light if we start analysing the situation then we will have answers to many of our own questions..
Now lets consider the politicians aspect on this..the politician is not an alien but he is one of us who by some way gets there and then sits on our head as we dont throw him out by voting against him..
We when dont have any power generally tend to screw up the system when get some power to break or to bend the system will definately use it for our own benifits...
So like the hindi film ka hero lets go and change the system but there shall be one more line needs to be added in this and that would be "Lets change the system by changing our own mind sets first"
